§ 1 GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. This Privacy Policy does not constitute a source of obligations for the Visitor (including a Guest) or the Customer of the Online Shop. It is for information purposes only and is not a contract or terms and conditions.

  2. All expressions and words written with a capital letter (e.g. Online Shop, Customer) should be understood in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop.

  3. In the event of any discrepancy between this Privacy Policy and the consents to the processing of personal data, the legal basis shall be the voluntarily given consents or the provisions of law applicable in the given situation.

The Controller stores correspondence for statistical purposes, for handling complaints and to comply with the GDPR accountability principle. E-mail addresses are not used for marketing purposes unless you consent to it (e.g. by subscribing to the newsletter).

If you contact us about a complaint, a return or an enquiry, we may ask you to provide the data necessary for identification (first name, surname, address, e-mail). Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary for us to handle your request effectively.


§ 3 DATA COLLECTION AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Personal data is collected in the following ways:

  • when placing an order in the Shop,

  • when creating a Customer Account,

  • when subscribing to the newsletter,

  • when filling in the contact form or sending an e-mail,

  • by voluntarily submitting a review in the Shop,

  • through cookies and similar technologies.

§ 4 CATEGORIES OF DATA

The Controller may process the following data:

  • first name, surname, residential address, phone number, e-mail,

  • invoice details (company name, NIP tax ID),

  • data necessary to process payments,

  • content sent via contact forms and in e-mails,

  • data from reviews, surveys and enquiries,

  • data from cookies (device identifier, IP address).


§ 5 DATA RECIPIENTS

Your data may be transferred to:

  • providers of IT, hosting and online payment services,

  • courier companies and carriers,

  • an accounting office,

  • public authorities, if required by law.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).


§ 6 DATA RETENTION PERIOD

  • Sales data – 5 years (in accordance with accounting regulations).

  • Marketing data – until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised.

  • Contact form data – up to 3 years (to ensure accountability).

  • Customer account data – until the account is deleted.

  • Review data – until the reviews are deleted.


§ 7 YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • access your data (Art. 15 GDPR),

  • rectify it (Art. 16 GDPR),

  • erasure of your data (“the right to be forgotten”, Art. 17 GDPR),

  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),

  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),

  • object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR),

  • withdraw your consent to data processing at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).


§ 8 COOKIE POLICY

The Shop uses cookies in order to:

  • ensure the website works properly,

  • remember user settings,

  • carry out statistical analyses,

  • display advertisements tailored to your preferences (after you give consent).

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.


§ 9 CHANGES TO THE POLICY

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy for important reasons, e.g.:

  • changes in the law,

  • the introduction of new features in the Shop.

We will inform you of any changes on the Shop’s website or, if you have subscribed to the newsletter, also by e-mail.
