1. Right to withdraw from the contract

In accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 30 days of the day the goods were received.

2. How to make a return?

To make a return, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Notice of withdrawal from the contract

The Customer has 30 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of their wish to withdraw from the contract. This information may be sent in any form, e.g.:

Step 2: Sending the goods back

Within 30 days of informing us of the return, please send the goods back at your own expense to the address:

Please enclose a completed return form in the parcel. The goods should be packed in a way that protects them from damage in transit. We would appreciate it if the original product packaging is used.

Please note: We do not accept return parcels sent cash on delivery.

Step 3: Refund

We will refund the money within 30 days of the day we receive the notice of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

3. Exclusions from the right of return

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to:

  • products made to the Customer’s individual order;
  • products delivered in sealed packaging which was unsealed by the Customer after delivery, if that packaging served a protective function for health or hygiene reasons;
  • products which were stored contrary to the recommendations, which affected their properties.

4. Complaints

The Customer may submit a complaint in any form, e.g.:

What should a complaint include?

We recommend including the following information in the description of the complaint:

  1. a description of the circumstances relating to the subject of the complaint, in particular the type of defect and the date it occurred;
  2. a request specifying how the product should be brought into conformity with the contract, or a statement on a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract;
  3. the contact details of the person submitting the complaint – this will make it easier and faster to process the complaint.

Complaint processing time

We will respond to the complaint as quickly as possible, no later than 30 days from the day it is received.
